Your role

  • Responsibility for development of creative concepts and ideas for a wide variety of events, conferences, and brand experiences. You will help sell your ideas into our clients and then manage them through creative execution.
  • Work on projects for current clients as well as pitches for new clients from a wide range of industries not limited to Luxury, Lifestyle, Technology, Sports etc.
  • Create customer journeys through storytelling, high-end conceptual designs, and brand marketing solutions for clients.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Services & Operations Team. Drive and lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with space, budget, and deadlines.
  • Own the insights and direction of creative briefs and contribute to evolution of design process.
  • Lead, recruit and develop a creative team. Provide clear creative direction and serve as a motivating force, inspiring the team to excel.
  • Handle staff performance appraisals and set clear direction and guidance to help the team achieve their goals and objectives.

Your talent

  • Studies in the design field or similar
  • 7+ years of experience in developing brand/communication strategies in the agency, corporate or consulting side or in an event agency, at least 2-4 years in a leadership role
  • Working Knowledge in Asia Market
  • Understanding of Brand Communication through ATL, BTL and Live Communication.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills, be able to pitch ideas to clients or directors and translate client ideas to internal team members.
  • Excellent in Chinese and English verbal and written skills.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Copywriting, Motion Digital, 3D, Video Editing
  • Positive, can-do attitude, ability in multitasking to meet tight deadlines
  • Solution-driven, able to bring ideas to challenges that contribute to progress.
  • Experience in digital and motion is a plus.
