Your role

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to join our Hong Kong team and partner with the Executive Creative Director in leading our creative collective.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with deep expertise in design, branding, and experiential marketing, capable of transforming bold concepts into compelling narratives and immersive experiences.  With a background in visual communications and/or strategic writing, you’ll bring both creative passion and strategic discipline to our work—pushing boundaries while ensuring every execution delivers maximum audience impact.

  • Creative Vision & Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the creative team to push boundaries while fostering a culture of collaborative innovation and excellence
  • Breakthrough Concept Creation: Develop visionary ideas that redefine branding, campaigns, and experiential activations, setting new industry benchmarks
  • Strategic Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted creative advisor, deeply understanding client objectives to deliver transformative brand solutions
  • End-to-End Creative Direction: Steer projects from initial concept through flawless execution, balancing creative ambition with operational precision
  • Excellence Curation: Uphold uncompromising creative standards through thoughtful critique and continuous refinement of all deliverables
  • Innovation Foresight: Proactively identify emerging trends and technologies to position the agency as a creative vanguard
  • Talent Cultivation: Mentor emerging creatives to develop both their craft and collaborative mindset, building the next generation of industry leaders

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an experiential/events/advertising agency
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects from concept to execution
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and award-winning experiential activations
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
  • Natural leadership ability to inspire teams while managing multiple high-priority projects
